    Our policy lasts 90-days, for any reason you can return your item back to us within 90-days of delivery. No questions asked. 

    Free return shipping is only valid if you paid for shipping on your order. If we paid for your shipping or you used a free shipping discount code you will need to pay for return shipping.

    If your order tracking shows delayed, pending, or has an alert on file we can not cancel or issue a refund until the package is back in our possession. 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for instructions.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
